Confirm with 30%
You confirm the booking with a first payment of 30%. The remaining 70% follows four weeks before arrival.
Arrive between 16:00 and 20:00
Grietje welcomes you with the keys. Bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included.
Leave before 10:00
The deposit is refunded a week after departure, once the home has been checked.

What is included in the price?
The fully equipped home, all costs related to the holiday home (VAT, local taxes, community fees, tourist tax), bed linen and towels, water and electricity in common areas, the final cleaning and the upkeep of pools and gardens. Not included: extra beds, cots and high chairs, extra cleaning or linen, electricity per kWh where stated, and cancellation insurance.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or in cash: 30% when the booking is confirmed and 70% four weeks before arrival.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel by registered letter or email. More than 45 days before arrival you pay 25% of the total rent; within 45 days, 100%. Travel insurance is recommended.
When can I arrive and leave?
Arrival is between 16:00 and 20:00; if that is not possible, let Grietje know. Departure is before 10:00, with the home left clean and tidy.
How does the deposit work?
The amount depends on the home and is on your booking form. It is refunded a week after departure, once the home has been checked; electricity use is deducted where it is charged separately.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, with some exceptions on request (€50 per booking). Ask Grietje about the home you have in mind.
